Brilliant, staff lovely Been here before , tried all of the Lochs & Glens Hotels , absolutely love the Inversnaid, my favourite Missed Ian's presence , as he run the Adgarten like clockwork but I'm sure he is enjoying his well deserved retirement x
Wonderful location views spectacular and the staff absolutely brilliant I have never come across such happy and friendly staff they really helped to make a great holiday. Entertainment was great and varied very enjoyable all round.
Went with Lochs and Glens holidays who have accessible local pick up points throughout the country. All drivers we have had have been very knowledgeable. Rooms are all of a good size, en suite and with tea/coffee making facilities and a hairdryer. Adequate electric points in well appointed rooms. The location is excellent on the shores of Loch Long and the package includes excursions around the area. The food is of a good standard, it is well presented and there is plenty of it. The wine list is good and not too expensive. The bar is excellent and the entertainment provided on each of the four nights of our stay was good. Overall a fantastic Hogmanay Break
Lovely hotel very friendly staff located overlooking loch long our room was basic but adequate for our short stay overlooking the loch even numbers.Unfortunately we found the bed to be old and very uncomfortable this needs to be replaced with new mattress.food was to our liking with a good selection menu although the meal times can be very early morning and late for evening meal which can be difficult for guests who don’t like to eat late.however we enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return in the future we travelled with loch and glen coach holidays good drivers very friendly and helpful and very informative about the area and tours would use again
The hotel is in an absolutely spectacular setting on the edge of the Loch. We were lucky enough to have a double aspect room with one of the windows overlooking Loch Long. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Serviced every day with friendly staff. The food was good, and the service was quick with very efficient and friendly waiters. We would definitely consider another stay if we visit Scotland again.
We had an excellent stay here. The staff were lovely and polite. Very clean. And food was amazing The scenery around the hotel is fantastic will love to visit again
This is a Lochs and Glens coach holiday Hotel you can stay still stay here without being on a tour bus holiday Food is basic but very good no complaints there. Rooms are nice and very clean . Staff are friendly and polite, Would I recommend absolutely done a few holidays with Lochs and Glens. And some already booked for the future.
